  • Is There an Age Limit for Car Rental?
    There is an 18-year age limit for car rental. You can call our 24-hour emergency numbers.
  • What are the rental conditions?
    The vehicle you rent can only be used by the person(s) specified in the contract and delivery form. If third parties not specified in the contract use the vehicle, no damage guarantee is valid for any damages that may occur. You can purchase the "Additional Driver" service from our branches to increase the number of vehicle users. A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be defined for one vehicle. Rental can be made within the age and license year conditions determined in the vehicle groups. If these conditions cannot be met, you can rent within the limits of the "Young Driver" service package by purchasing this package. The Young Driver service package also includes the "Maximum Coverage" service. You can make Additional Driver and Young Driver Service payments from our reservation center.
  • Who is responsible for traffic fines and expenses?
    Traffic fines and highway and bridge violations belong to the renter. Even if traffic fines come later, the renter is responsible for payment.
